Pineapple Chicken Salad
- 2- 1/2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, Chopped
- 1 cup Matchstick Carrots
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds, Toasted
- 1/4 cups Canola Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Finely Chopped Green Onion
- 1/4 cups Plain Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 8 ounces, weight Canned Crushed Pineapple, Drained Well
- 6 whole Whole Wheat Pitas, Each Cut In Half
- 6 whole Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well.
- Line each pita half with 1 lettuce leaf; fill each half with 1/3 cup chicken mixture.
