Maple-Walnut Cheesecake

  1. Heat 1/3 cup finely chopped nuts and 1/3 cup butter in skillet on medium heat until nuts are toasted.
  2. Stir in Crumbs; press onto bottom of 8-inch square pan lined with foil.
  3. Beat cold milk, Filling Mix and cinnamon with mixer on low speed until blended.
  4. Beat on medium speed 3 min.
  5. (Filling will be thick.)
  6. Spoon onto crust.
  7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
  8. Just before serving, heat 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 Tbsp.
  9. butter in small skillet until nuts are toasted.
  10. Add syrup; bring mixture just to boil.
  11. Cut cheesecake into squares; serve with nut topping.
