Fruit Pizza
- 1 star fruit, sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled, cut in half lengthwise and cut into 10 slices
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 10 fresh strawberries, quartered
- 12 cup honey-roasted pecans, crushed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces marshmallow creme
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup apricot preserves, melted
- 1 pillsbury refrigerated thin pizza crust
- PREHEAT oven to 400F Spray or grease 15x10-inch or larger; dark or nonstick cookie sheet.
- Unroll dough on cookie sheet.
- Starting at center, press dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
- BAKE 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown around edges; cool and set to the side.
- BEAT cream cheese, marshmallow cream, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- ARRANGE a single layer of fruit over cream cheese layer, sprinkle honey toasted pecans over layer of fruit.
- Drizzle or brush with melted preserves.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve or at least 20-30 minutes.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
