Dry Hot Wings
- vegetable oil for frying
- deep fryer at 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) flour
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) paprika
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cayenne
- dash pepper
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt.
- 10 pieces of buffalo cut wings-frozen (defrost and pat dry)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Louisiana Hot sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
- dash garlic powder
- dash pepper
- Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees (175 C.).
- Defrost wings and pat dry.
- In large bowl combine wings ingredients.
- Coat wings with flour mixture and refrigerate 90 minutes.
- Place coated wings in oil 10-15 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Place hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and dash of pepper in small sauce pan on low heat.
- Heat until well blended.
- pour sauce over wings and toss well.
