Dry Hot Wings

  1. Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Defrost wings and pat dry.
  3. In large bowl combine wings ingredients.
  4. Coat wings with flour mixture and refrigerate 90 minutes.
  5. Place coated wings in oil 10-15 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
  7. Place hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and dash of pepper in small sauce pan on low heat.
  8. Heat until well blended.
  9. pour sauce over wings and toss well.
