Wendy's Easy Sweet And Sour Chicken Recipe

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes, dip in beaten egg and then roll in baking mix, brown chicken pcs in oil, drain using paper towel lined pan.
  3. Place chicken in 250 degree oven to keep hot.
  4. In 10 inch skillet combine sugar, cornstarch, paprika, pineapple juice and sufficient water to equal 2 c., add in soy sauce and vinegar.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Mix will thicken as it cooks.
  7. Add in green pepper strips and onion, cook till tender but crisp.
  8. Add in pineapple chunks and chicken.
  9. Serve over rice.
