Avocado, Japanese-Style
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Dashi stock granules (or a little grated garlic)
- 1 dash Shredded nori seaweed
- 1 dash Ichimi spice (or ra-yu)
- Mix the ingredients together well.
- Cut the avocado in half.
- Stick the heel of your knife into the pit and give it a turn to remove it cleanly.
- (Be careful not to cut yourself.)
- Peel the avocado, and cut it into 2 cm pieces.
- Add the combined ingredients from Step 1 to the avocado and mix.
- Transfer to a serving plate and it's done.
- Top with shredded nori seaweed or ichimi spice to taste.
