Avocado, Japanese-Style

  1. Mix the ingredients together well.
  2. Cut the avocado in half.
  3. Stick the heel of your knife into the pit and give it a turn to remove it cleanly.
  4. (Be careful not to cut yourself.)
  5. Peel the avocado, and cut it into 2 cm pieces.
  6. Add the combined ingredients from Step 1 to the avocado and mix.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and it's done.
  8. Top with shredded nori seaweed or ichimi spice to taste.
