Summer Vegetable Guacamole Salsa

  1. Combine all the ingredients except for the avocado in a medium bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Right before serving, add the avocado and taste for seasoning.
  4. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with tortilla chips.
