Baked Oats Recipe

  1. Combine oats, walnuts, raisins, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
  2. In a separate container combine water and vanilla.
  3. Combine all ingredients, stirring gently.
  4. Pour into oiled 8- by 8-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
  6. Stir in dates and serve.
  7. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  8. Description: "Good served with tofu lowfat milk or possibly warm applesauce."
