Herb Marinade For Steak (London Broil) Recipe

• 1/2 c. salad oil
• 1/4 c. lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon salt, marjoram and thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 chopped clove garlic
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1/4 c. snipped parsley (dry or possibly fresh)

1. Mix together ingredients in a 13 x 9 inch pan and put steak in pan.
2. Chill with meat two or possibly three hrs, turning meat occasionally.
