Spinach Casserole (Slow Cooker)

• 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach (thawed, drained and chopped)
• 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
• 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubbed
• 34 cup egg substitute (or use enough eggs to make 3/4 cup)
• 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, cubed
• 14 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt

1. In a 3-qt clow cooker combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 2 1/2 hours or until cheese is melted.
