Baked Pears With Kuzu Raisin Sauce Recipe
- 3 x Anjou pears, (or possibly 1/2 pear per person)
- 1/2 c. Apple juice
- 1/2 c. Spring water
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
- 1 tsp Kuzu Rice syrup
- Cut and core pears and slice in half.
- Put in a baking dish with apple juice, water, and raisins.
- Bake 20 min.
- Then mix kuzu in cool water and thicken the remaining liquid.
- Add in rice syrup to taste, simmer, and serve in serving bowl.
- NOTES : This is a sweet, smooth, relaxing dessert.
