Pistachio Sundae

• 1 c. heavy cream
• 1/2 vanilla bean
• 8 scoop pistachio ice cream
• 1 c. Strawberry Sauce
• Whipped vanilla cream
• 1/4 c. pistachios

1. Make vanilla whipped cream: In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla-bean seeds until soft peaks form.
2. Place 2 scoops pistachio ice cream in each of four dishes.
3. Pour 1/4 cup Strawberry Sauce over each sundae, and top each with a dollop of whipped vanilla cream.
