Polenta Casserole #A1

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with oil spray.
  3. Heat oil in large saute pan.
  4. Saute onion over medium-high heat for 4 - 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Add polenta, corn, tomatoes, goat cheese, A-1 Steak Sauce and salt.
  6. Gently stir over medium-high heat another 2 minutes.
  7. Spread into prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
