Chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Skewers
- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 24 each wooden skewers
- 2 cups Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 2 each medium red peppers, roasted, peeled and seeded and finely chopped
- 2 each garlic cloves, minced
- Thread 2 to 3 chicken pieces evenly onto each skewer.
- Place in shallow dish.
- Mix mayo, red peppers and garlic until well blended.
- Pour over skewers; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Remove skewers from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill chicken skewers on well-oiled gril over medium-high heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through (165F), turning skewers over after 5 min.
- Serve warm.
