Grilled Asian Tuna Salad

  1. whisk together olive oil, sesame oil, soy, ginger and wasabi paste until smooth.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup.
  3. Pour remaining mix over tuna, marinate for 15 min.
  4. while tuna is marinating prepare salad (lettuce, green onion, red pepper, mandarin segments).
  5. Divide among 4 plates and drizzle with reserved dressing.
  6. Remove tuna from marinade.
  7. Season tuna with salt and pepper.
  8. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat, close lid and grill for 2 minutes per side for medium rare.
  9. Slice tuna and fan over individual salads.
