Peanut Butter Fritos

  1. Combine the Karo syrup and sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar is melted (see note below).
  2. Approximately 1 minute after the sugar is melted, add the peanut butter.
  3. Pour over a baking sheet or tray of Fritos.
  4. Allow to cool, then either break apart and serve in a dish, or just let guests break pieces off right from the tray.
  5. YUM!
  6. Note: cook longer for a stiffer sauce, and cook shorter for a chewier sauce.
