Peanut Butter Fritos
- 1 cup Karo Syrup
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 bag Fritos
- Combine the Karo syrup and sugar in a saucepan and heat until sugar is melted (see note below).
- Approximately 1 minute after the sugar is melted, add the peanut butter.
- Pour over a baking sheet or tray of Fritos.
- Allow to cool, then either break apart and serve in a dish, or just let guests break pieces off right from the tray.
- YUM!
- Note: cook longer for a stiffer sauce, and cook shorter for a chewier sauce.
