Chicken And Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Approximately 6 pcs of white chicken or possibly a whole chicken may be used.
  2. Put rice in bottom of long casserole dish or possibly oblong pan, which has been well greased.
  3. Mix together soups and lowfat milk.
  4. Pour this mix over the uncooked rice, mixing just a bit.
  5. Arrange chicken on top.
  6. Bake 45 min, covered, at 325 degrees or possibly till rice is tender.
