Chicken And Rice Casserole Recipe
- 2 c. minute rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Approximately 6 pcs of white chicken or possibly a whole chicken may be used.
- Put rice in bottom of long casserole dish or possibly oblong pan, which has been well greased.
- Mix together soups and lowfat milk.
- Pour this mix over the uncooked rice, mixing just a bit.
- Arrange chicken on top.
- Bake 45 min, covered, at 325 degrees or possibly till rice is tender.
