Chocolate Coated Coconut Flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a 9x13 pan with a Silpat or parchment paper.
  2. Coat flakes with coconut oil.
  3. Add cocoa powder to coat flakes.
  4. Add nectar and mix thoroughly; it will be very sticky.
  5. The nectar will clump so make sure that you mix it good.
  6. Spread evenly on lined pan and cook for 2025 minutes.
  7. Watch carefully as they burn easily.
  8. As they cool, they will crisp up a little more.
