Cilantro Thai Chili Skewers
- 1 12 lbs chicken breasts (cubed for skewers)
- 12 cup fresh cilantro (minced)
- 14 cup natural grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons sweet and spicy Thai sweet chili sauce (Wildtree Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce)
- Soak skewers in water.
- Pre-heat grill to med/high.
- Skewer chicken.
- Grill 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Transfer to platter and brush with Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili Sauce.
