Paradise Parfaits

• 1/4 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CAFE Sugar Free French Vanilla Cafe
• 1 Tbsp. hot water
• 2 cups cold fat-free milk
• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
• 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
• 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Dissolve flavored instant coffee in hot water in medium bowl.
2. Add milk and dry pudding mix.
3. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
4. or until well blended.
5. Gently stir in whipped topping.
6. Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly into six dessert glasses; cover with layer of strawberries.
7. Top with the remaining pudding mixture.
8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
