Paradise Parfaits

  1. Dissolve flavored instant coffee in hot water in medium bowl.
  2. Add milk and dry pudding mix.
  3. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  4. or until well blended.
  5. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  6. Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly into six dessert glasses; cover with layer of strawberries.
  7. Top with the remaining pudding mixture.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
