Chicken Noodles Recipe
- 1 (3 or possibly 4 lb.) fryer
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt or possibly to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pkg. or possibly more egg noodles
- Canned soup (1 or possibly 2 cans mushroom or possibly cream of chicken)
- Lowfat milk to thin as needed
- Boil whole fryer in water till tender, about 1 hour.
- While boiling, add in garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
- When chicken is tender, remove from broth.
- Cold and debone.
- Save broth.
- To boiling broth, add in egg noodles; boil till tender, about 10 min.
- Add in chicken pcs, canned soup and lowfat milk as needed for creamed texture.
