Strawberry Surprises

• 13 cup milk chocolate chips
• 12 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 36 strawberries
• 12 cup white chocolate chips
• 14 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

1. Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.
2. In a microwave safe bowl microwave chocolate chips until melted.
3. Add peanut butter, whisk until smooth.
4. Stir in sugar.
5. Halve strawberries.
6. Spread peanut butter filling on one half, stick other half back on.
7. Place on baking sheet.
8. Refrigerate 30 min.
9. Melt white chocolate.
10. Dip bottom half of strawberry in white chocolate.
11. Dip in chopped nuts.
12. Place back on baking sheet.
13. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
