Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
- 4 thick cut boneless pork chops
- 3/4 oz rosemary; minced
- 4 tbsp peppercorn melange
- 3 tbsp lemon peel seasoning
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme; minced
- 1 lemon
- 1 olive oil; as needed
- 1 salt
- Toss pork chops with enough olive oil to cover.
- Season.
- Bake at 400 for approximately 20-25, depending on thickness, until thermometer reaches 145-155 or until desired doneness.
- Garnish with lemon zest.
