Sausage, Bean & Barley Soup
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Turkey Smoked Sausage, thinly sliced
- 5 cups water
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) great Northern beans, rinsed
- 1 can (14 -/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 carrots, coarsely chopped Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking barley, uncooked
- 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- Bring ingredients to boil in Dutch oven or small stockpot; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
