Spiced Apples
- 16 cups sliced apples, peeled or unpeeled
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 14 cup twin brown sugar substitute
- 3 tablespoons minute tapioca
- 2 teaspoons apple pie spice or 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Layer half of sliced apples, sugars, tapioca, spice in slow cooker.
- Repeat, making a second layer using remaining ingredients.
- Cover.
- Cook on high 4 hours or on low 5 hours.
- Stir and serve!
