Raw Vegan Cheesecake

  1. crust.
  2. process all the nuts, dates and cinnamon until pasty.
  3. Sprinkle springform with coconut so it wont stick to the bottom.
  4. Press the nutty paste onto it.
  5. filling.
  6. blend all ingredients for the filling in processor until smooth.
  7. Add water (up to 1/2 cup) to obtain consistency.
  8. Adjust to taste and pour onto crust.
  9. Place in freezer until firm.
  10. Defrost for 1 hr in fridge before serving
  11. (mix favorite berries with a bit of agave for sauce).
