Black Bottom Cups

  1. Mill all filling ingredients except chocolate chips in medium bowl.
  2. Fold in chips and set aside.
  3. Sift dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and beat well.
  4. Fill paper cups half full, top with spoonful of filling.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Be sure to refrigerate cupcakes.
