Fried Fish With Ginger Sauce

  1. marinate fish with ginger sauce for 10 minute then drain and coat with corn flour
  2. deep fry fish till lightly brown and crispy about 6 minute each side
  3. pour balance marinated ginger sauce in pan and bring to a simmer about 1 minute then off heat
  4. pour ginger sauce over fried fish and serve immediately
