Fried Fish With Ginger Sauce
- 800 grams threadfin head or fillet or any fish
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 1 cup light soy sauce
- 1 cup shao xing rice wine
- 2 tsp sugar
- 5 tbsp pounded ginger
- marinate fish with ginger sauce for 10 minute then drain and coat with corn flour
- deep fry fish till lightly brown and crispy about 6 minute each side
- pour balance marinated ginger sauce in pan and bring to a simmer about 1 minute then off heat
- pour ginger sauce over fried fish and serve immediately
