mini meatloafs

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. grind crackers until they are like bread crumbs
  3. mix together garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and if u use onion powder instead of fresh onion
  4. add worchestershire, chopped onion, egg and hamburger...mix well with hands
  5. mold into cupcake tins until it reaches the top rim
  6. to make the sauce: mix katsup, brown sugar and vinegar together.
  7. you may alter the sweetness or tanginess by adding more of one ingredient you desire.
  8. spoon on sauce and bake meat in tins for about 30 mins or until you can hear them sizzling
