Easy Mexican Layered Nacho Dip
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) jar salsa con queso
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon garlic
- salt and pepper
- shredded lettuce
- sour cream
- tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brown hamburger with chopped up chipotle, salt, pepper, garlic, and cumin.
- Drain and rinse beans.
- In 9x13 in pan, layer browned hamburger mix, then pinto beans next salsa, and last con queso.
- Bake 15-20 minutes to heat through.
- Serve over tortilla chips with sour cream and shredded lettuce.
