Peanut butter Chocolate chip cheesecake Bars

  1. preheat oven to 325.
  2. Cream butter, 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar and peanut butter.
  3. Add 1egg and beat well.
  4. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture.
  6. Mix well
  7. Stir in oats and chocolate.
  8. Press half of the prepared cookie dough in a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  9. Now to make the cheesecake layer; Cream the cheese, 1egg, remaining white sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Pour over pressed cookie dough.
  11. Crumble the remaining cookie dough and sprinkle over cheese layer.
  12. Cover with foil and bake for 20 min
  13. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until cheesecake layer has set.
  14. This can be served warm but, it tastes amazing if you refrigerate and serve cold.
  15. The flavors blend well and a more explosive when chilled
