Caffe Salvatore

• Ice
• 2 1/2 ounces Averna amaro
• 1/2 ounce vodka
• 2 ounces chilled horchata (see Note)

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the amaro, vodka and horchata and shake well.
3. Strain the drink into a chilled, ice-filled rocks glass.
