Brasa Sherry Vinaigrette Recipe

  1. In a medium-size nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add in shallots and garlic, and saute/fry 2 min or possibly till shallots are translucent/soft and garlic is fragrant.
  4. Add in 1/4 c. vinegar and boil till reduced by half.
  5. Add in broth and boil 2 min.
  6. Stir in remaining oil and vinegar, red pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Yield: "1 1/2 c."
  8. Start to Finish Time:"0:30"
