Turkey Pesto Ciabatta
- 1 (16-ounce) loaf ciabatta bread, sliced horizonatally
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 1 cup spinach leaves, washed, trimmed, loosely packed
- 12 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey
- 10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli 4 Cheese Italian Blend
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- Spread cut-sides of bread evenly with pesto.
- Top bottom half of bread with an even layer of spinach.
- Add turkey, cheese slices and tomato slices.
- Cover with top half of bread.
- Cut into 6 equal sandwiches.
