Garden Gazpacho Dip
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced
- 12 yellow bell pepper, seeded diced
- 1 12 cups fresh parsley, minced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 (430 ml) jartostitos salsa
- Combine all ingredients excluding parsley in a bowl, Chil the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, sprinkle with parsley then serve with Tortilla chips.
