Marinated Artichoke Thistle Recipe

• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 sm. onion
• 1 jar marinated artichokes, undrained

1. Mix everything in blender thoroughly.
2. Serve with chips and crackers.
