Tapenade Dressing Recipe

• 7 to 8 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 4 tablespoons black olive tapenade
• Pepper

1. Thoroughly combine the tapenade and vinegar in a bowl.
2. Slowly add the olive oil, beating constantly.
3. Season with pepper.
