Hot garlic sauce

  1. In a hot pan add oil and saute finely chopped shallots,spring onions, garlic, and cellery.
  2. Add seasoning.
  3. Add ketchup and water
  4. Add cornstarch mixed in some hot hot water
  5. Switch off gas when the required consistency is achieved.
  6. Adjust seasoning and serve
