Shake-a-Leg Chicken Dinner
- 1 lb. red potatoes, cut into thin wedges King Sooper's 5 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 2 cups green beans
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 4 chicken leg/thigh quarters
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss vegetables with dressing.
- Spread into foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Add 3 Tbsp.
- of the Parmesan cheese to coating mix in shaker bag.
- Use to coat chicken as directed on package; place over vegetables.
- Bake 50 min.
- to 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (180F) and vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle vegetables with remaining 1 Tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese.
