Roasted Rabbit with Roots

  1. Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit
  2. Cut potatoes and carrots into bite sized pieces.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. Cut the rabbit into 8 pieces
  5. Put everything into a zip lock bag add butter, sandlewood, paprika, saffron infused oil, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. Shake and coat.
  7. Put into an oven safe dish roast for an hour.
  8. Last 20 minutes add 1/4 cup of water and cover.
  9. Let sit 7 minutes serve.
