California Shrimp Salad
- 1 qt. Plain yogurt
- 1-1/4 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 1-1/2 gal. uncooked deveined peeled small shrimp, cooked
- 1-1/2 qt. celery, finely chopped
- 1 qt. cucumbers, finely chopped
- 2-2/3 cups onions, chopped
- Mix yogurt, mustard, lemon juice and dill in large bowl until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
