Round Steak Parmesan Recipe
- Round steak
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. Parmesan
- 6 sm. chopped onions
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Lb.
- round steak to 1/2 inch thick and cut in serving sizes.
- Dip each piece of steak in egg and lowfat milk, then in bread crumbs.
- Brown in melted butter then remove and set in 15x9 inch pan.
- Add in water to pan and sprinkle each piece with spices, onions and top with Parmesan.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
