Avocado, Turkey & Cheese Torta

  1. Heat panini grill.
  2. Hollow out roll halves slightly; discard removed bread or reserve for another use.
  3. Mash avocado in medium bowl.
  4. Stir in cilantro, dressing and garlic; spread onto insides of bottom halves of rolls.
  5. Top with turkey, cheese and chiles.
  6. Spread beans onto insides of tops of rolls.
  7. Reassemble rolls to make 6 sandwiches.
  8. Brush both sides of sandwiches with oil.
  9. Cook, in batches if necessary, in panini grill 5 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
