'Speculoos' Flan
- 250 grams Speculoos
- 6 slice Gingerbread
- 4 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 liter Semi-skimmed Milk
- Preheat oven to 200 celsius
- Heat up the milk in a large pot
- While heating, crumble the speculoos and gingerbread into little pieces
- Once the milk is tepid/hot add the crumbled ingredients and the sugar
- Keep stirring until almost disolved
- Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes
- Grease a fire-proof dish
- Pour dough into the dish
- Bake for about half an hour
