'Speculoos' Flan

  1. Preheat oven to 200 celsius
  2. Heat up the milk in a large pot
  3. While heating, crumble the speculoos and gingerbread into little pieces
  4. Once the milk is tepid/hot add the crumbled ingredients and the sugar
  5. Keep stirring until almost disolved
  6. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes
  7. Grease a fire-proof dish
  8. Pour dough into the dish
  9. Bake for about half an hour
