Easy Tapenade

  2. Combine olives, capers, garlic and anchovies in the bowl of a food processor.
  3. Pulse three times to chop the mixture a bit.
  4. 2.
  5. Sprinkle black pepper over the mixture and drizzle on olive oil.
  6. Pulse again two to three times until mixture is coarse.
  7. 3.
  8. Spoon into a bowl and serve with toasted baguette slices or pita triangles.
