Easy Tapenade
- 1 cup Imported Black Olives, Like Kalamata Or Nicoise
- 2 Tablespoons Capers, Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Anchovies
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Toasted Baguette Slices Or Pita Triangles, To Serve
- 1.
- Combine olives, capers, garlic and anchovies in the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse three times to chop the mixture a bit.
- 2.
- Sprinkle black pepper over the mixture and drizzle on olive oil.
- Pulse again two to three times until mixture is coarse.
- 3.
- Spoon into a bowl and serve with toasted baguette slices or pita triangles.
