Sweet and Spicy Asian Pork (Crockpot)

  1. Place the pork in a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients.
  3. Pour over pork.
  4. Cover and cook on high 4-5 hours, until falling apart.
  5. Shred meat with 2 forks and return to pot.
  6. Add greens and cook on high 1 more hour.
