Beef Steak with Berry Sauce

  1. Soak the dried berries in hot water.
  2. Season the beef with salt and let sit a little bit.
  3. While you wait, slice and cook the garlic.
  4. Now, start cooking the beef.
  5. The garlic might start to burn in the middle of cooking, so you can transfer it to a plate.
  6. When the meat is done cooking, transfer to a plate and scatter the garlic on top.
  7. Once the meat is done, add the dried berries to the leftover juices and add the ponzu sauce.
  8. Simmer a bit to make the sauce.
  9. Top the meat with the sauce.
