Chinese Sweet And Sour Green Salad Recipe

• Bibb lettuce, leaf lettuce and spinach
• 1 sm. can mandarin oranges
• 1/4 c. slivered almonds (sauteed in butter)
• 6 sm. green onions (sliced)
• 4 slices crisply fried bacon (crumbled)
• 1/2 c. celery, minced

1. Toss lightly and use the following dressing: 2 tbsp.
2. vinegar 1/4 c. salad oil 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3. Blend and pour over salad.
