Simple Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb Brussels sprout, cleaned and prepped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, to coat brussel sprouts
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Set oven to 400 degrees.
- Place cleaned brussel sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Coat generously with oil, then toss with cracked black pepper and salt until evenly coated.
- Place baking sheet in the oven for 25 minutes, then increase the heat to 425 degrees and bake for 5 to 7 more minutes to quickly brown the brussel sprouts.
- They should have a charred coating (not burnt) on the tops and bottoms when finished.
