Salsa Satanica (Satan's Seafood Sauce - Brazil)
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 14 cup brandy
- Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, vinegar, garlic salt, and hot/habanero sauce.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the brandy and simmer 5 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool.
